Reaching Out
This sculpture was my very first commission in sculpture, from Calvin Garitt. Two-part, lost-wax-cast bronze hand and sculpted triangle base that I welded together. Intended to hold necklaces. A piece built on trust — both the client’s trust in the artist, and the artist’s trust in the process.
